To discuss anything about the Moderate Risk, or some kind of evaluation that is not a DUI evaluation you need to talk to Carolyn between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm at 309-371-5777. 

We don’t have a secretary.. it’s just me and Carolyn.. so if I don’t answer please leave a message. This is how we make our living, and we really do care about your situation, so you can be sure that every call will be returned!

 

Call soon so we can get the evaluation done before your court date. The state has funds to pay for DUI evaluations and the Risk Education classes but you have to qualify in order for them to pay us. You do not have to pay for classes up-front... you pay as you go.

We’re in the Bondi Bldg. The Bondi Bldg is at 311 E. Main on the northeast corner of Main & Kellogg.

 

FROM THE NORTH/NORTHEAST/ROUTE 34

Take the Seminary St. exit and go south on Seminary to Main… MAIN IS THE 5TH STOP LIGHT. Right on Main. The Bondi Bldg is on the northeast corner at THE 1ST STOP LIGHT ON MAIN. I’m on the 3rd floor. Suite 318.

 

FROM THE NORTH/HENDERSON ST/ROUTE 150

Follow Route 150. It turns left on Main St., which is the 6th stop light past the Mall, including the Mall stop light, (7th stop light if you count the one at South Lake Storey Road). The Bondi Bldg is on the northeast corner of Main and Kellogg. KELLOGG IS THE 3RD STOP LIGHT EAST OF THE PUBLIC SQUARE. I’m on the 3rd floor. Suite 317.

 

FROM THE EAST. FROM ROUTE 74

The Bondi Bldg is on the northeast corner of Main and Kellogg. KELLOGG IS THE 6TH STOP LIGHT AFTER YOU GET OFF ROUTE 74. I’m on the 3rd floor. Suite 317.

 

FROM THE WEST. FROM ROUTE 34. THE MONMOUTH AREA

Take the Main St. exit east. The Bondi Bldg is on the northeast corner of Main and Kellogg. KELLOGG IS THE 3RD STOP LIGHT EAST OF THE PUBLIC SQUARE. I’m on the 3rd floor. Suite 317.

 

FROM THE SOUTH. THE ABINGDON AREA

Follow Route 41 past the Prison to Main St. Main St. is the first stop light past the Prison. Right/east on Main. The Bondi Bldg is on the northeast corner of Main and Kellogg. KELLOGG IS THE 3RD STOP LIGHT EAST OF THE PUBLIC SQUARE. I’m on the 3rd floor. Suite 317.
